"The best part about practicing family law is having a positive impact on my client’s lives."
For Mark, being a family law attorney means providing quality care and guidance to his clients during one of the most traumatic times of their lives—and sometimes be their source of hope when times seem so hopeless. Those who know Mark well describe him as a dedicated, caring, and hard-working advocate for his clients. For Mark, the best part about practicing family law is believing he can have a positive impact on the clients and families he represents. He is a team player and strong believer in the success of negotiating family law issues between the parties in an honorable and cost-effective matter. Mark enjoys interacting with his clients to help them emerge from a time in their life that can be quite traumatic. His goal is to always help them not only traverse their legal issues, but to also transition successfully into post married life.
In recent years Mark has seen his practice expand such that he has navigated many high-asset divorce cases and complex custody and parenting time cases, both through alternative dispute resolution options and through litigation. Mark strives to help each case settle outside of court through creative solutions and collaborative practice; however, when a matter cannot settle, Mark has navigated his clients through complex litigation with successful results.
Mark is the proud father of three and loves to spend time with his children. He is an avid collector of film and music and comic books and boasts a film collection of over 4000 movies and comic book collection of over 10,000 titles. As a fan of the study of history and foreign culture, he previously undertook the academic pursuit of a degree in Art History and has traveled extensively throughout the world. His life-long mission is to make the most of life, to have a positive impact on the people around him, to care, to leave a legacy, and most importantly to be the best father he can be to his children.
