Venerable Portland-based law firm Gevurtz Menashe today announced the addition of three new attorneys as associates, according to Managing Shareholder Zachary Fruchtengarten.
Marissa Roldan Vermillion and Emily Henderson have joined the firm’s family law team, and Joe Fearey has been hired to round out its estate planning practice.

Both Roldan Vermillion and Henderson represent clients in divorce, custody, and other family law proceedings. They advise clients regarding asset division, spousal support, child custody, and parenting time issues.
Roldan Vermillion joins Gevurtz Menashe after gaining experience in civil litigation, ultimately discovering that her true passion lies in family law. She earned her law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School. Henderson joins the firm after tenures with Laidlaw & Laidlaw P.C. and Goodfellow Law. She’s a graduate of Willamette University College of Law.
Fearey is the latest addition to Gevurtz Menashe’s estate planning practice, with more than a decade in corporate and real estate law. He comes to the firm after nine years as principal of his own firm, JNF Law, and a year as general counsel for homebuilder Ginn Group of Vancouver, WA. He holds a J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School.
